Richard Vergona is the principal accountant for Vergona Randsmith Accountants and is a small business accounting specialist with vast experience and varied specialities. He is a qualified forensic accountant, auditor and assists legal practitioners in business valuation for Family Law and Partnership disputes, fraud examination, or just for purchase and sale. After establishing his career in second-tier firms working in audit and taxation, Richard commenced his own chartered accountancy firm in 1982. He has been helping small businesses for over 45 years. He continues helping new and established businesses to start out, overcome hurdles and grow. Richard's friendly demeanour, attention to detail and passion 'getting it right' are noted by all of his clients. These qualities are also the founding lynch pins of the practice.

David's professional journey began at esteemed firms Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he honed his skills as a graduate. However, it wasn't until he ventured into providing business and tax advisory services to smaller enterprises across Australia that he discovered his true calling. With nearly 15 years of experience under his belt, David is passionate about tailoring solutions for each business he encounters, firmly believing that a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't suffice in the complex world of finance. Outside of work, David cherishes his roles as a husband and father of two. Family is paramount to him, and he strives for balance between his career and relationships. An avid soccer fan, he passionately supports Liverpool FC, finding joy in the camaraderie of fellow fans and the excitement of the sport.

Bruno qualified as an accountant in 1983 after graduating from Swinburne Institute of Technology. He never looked back and over his career has worked for former Price Waterhouse managers prior to entering partnership with Bruce Silverwood and then becoming a Principal at Morrows One Team Advice House.
He is passionate about providing the best possible accounting service to directly to his clients, making sure he attends to their work quickly and accurately, as well as advising the team members on what is needed to service client needs.

Julie has worked in the Accounting/Taxation industry for nearly 50 years. In that time has had vast experience being employed by country, city, and suburban accountants and working on many different types of businesses including primary production, entertainers, medical practitioners, property developers etc and has a passion for small/medium size businesses.
She is married to a builder so has substantial first-hand knowledge in the building industry, as well as her own self-managed super fund, company/trust structure, rental properties and share portfolio.After joining the Richard Vergona team in 2019, Julie has always tried to achieve the best outcome for clients as well as assisting and training staff.

After running a successful roadmaking construction business with her former husband in northern Queensland, Dianah joined Richard in 2005. Dianah has two degrees and a diploma in accounting. She has worked with Richard since 2005 and has gained invaluable experience with some of our loyal clients for almost 20 years.

Wendy has been working in the accounting industry for over 15 years, preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts and companies.
